Manish Futarmal Jain
Manish Futarmal Jain is the Executive Director of our Company and has been associated with our Company since incorporation. He passed the higher secondary certificate examination held by the Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education, Mumbai, India. He has approximately 23 years of experience in the manufacturing of gold jewellery. He has previously served in the capacity of a partner of M/s. Royal Links, a partnership firm. He is responsible for overseeing strategic decisions, operations and business growth initiatives of our Company.

Snneh Suresh Jain
Snneh Suresh Jain is the Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer of our Company and he has been associated with our Company since incorporation. He was appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of our Company with effect from October 9, 2025. He holds a graduate degree in management and a post graduate degree in management from the International Management Institute, Brussels, Belgium. He has been awarded a certificate in planning and entrepreneurship from the Indian Institute of Planning and Management. He has approximately 13 years of experience in the manufacturing of gold jewellery. He has previously served in the capacity of production head of our Company. He is responsible for ensuring departmental alignment and policy implementation in our Company.

Suresh Futarmal Jain
Suresh Futarmal Jain is the Managing Director of our Company and has been associated with our Company since incorporation. He completed his matriculation from the Parel English School, Mumbai, Maharashtra and attended the first year of the bachelor’s in commerce programme from the K.P.B. Hinduja College of Commerce, Mumbai, India. He has approximately 23 years of experience in the manufacturing of gold jewellery. He has previously served in the capacity of a partner of M/s. Royal Links, a partnership firm. He is responsible for overseeing strategic decisions, operations and business growth initiatives of our Company.

Divya Garg
Divya Garg is an Independent Director of our Company and has been associated with our Company since December 2, 2025. She has been awarded a certificate for securing the second position in bachelor’s in commerce, honours, university examination 2007-2008 from the Shri Nakoda Parshvanath Jain Mahavidyalaya, Jodhpur, Rajasthan, India and has passed the master’s in commerce (final) accounts and business statistics exam held by the Maharshi Dayanand Saraswati University, Ajmer, Rajasthan. She is an associate of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. She has approximately six years of experience in finance. She was previously associated with the Banaskantha District Co-op. Milk Producers’ Union Limited and AP Sanzgiri & Co, Chartered Accountants.

Shivendra Bacaram Singh is the Chief Financial Officer of our Company. He has been associated with our Company since December 1, 2025. He is an associate of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and has passed the final examination held by The Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India. He has approximately 20 years of experience in the field of financing and accounting. He was previously associated with Gitanjali Jewellery Retail Limited, Bluestone Jewellery and Lifestyle Private Limited and Reliance Lifestyle Holdings Limited. During Fiscal 2026, he was paid a remuneration of ₹1.95 million by our Company.
Gaurav Garg

Gaurav Garg
Gaurav Garg is the Head Legal, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of our Company. He has been associated with our Company since May 30, 2026. He holds a bachelor’s degree in laws and a bachelor’s degree in commerce from the Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut, India. He is a fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and has been awarded a diploma in cyber law from the Government Law College, Mumbai and the Asian School of Cyber Laws. He has approximately eight years of experience in the field of secretarial services. He was previously associated with Micromax Informatics Limited, Realme Mobile Telecommunications (India) Private Limited and Panel Optodisplay Technology Private Limited. Since he was appointed as the Head Legal, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of our Company during Fiscal 2027, he was not paid any remuneration in Fiscal 2026.
